My project is what fruit has the most acid. My hypotheses that lime hade the most acid. How I did the project is I cut a fruit open and squeezed a Sirte amount of juice. Than I tested it. My results were surprising I thought that lime had the most. But the orange had the most acid.   • Get 10 clean cups and put tap water into it
  • Mesher how much water you put into it

  • Put 1 the testing strip into the water then repeat for the next 4 cups

Results and Conclusion

Sourest Fruit
I did a test with the fruit juice and I blind fooled them to see what they thought in my family. Everyone said but three people said that the lemon was the sourest fruit. The one other person said lime. Then people said that blood orange was next then Grapefruit, it was a mix between Grapefruit and blood orange. Then last Orange. The sourest fruit was Orange (ph 6). Next it was Grapefruit (ph 5.75). After that it was Blood Orange (ph 5.5). I really enjoy the experiment, it was fun and interesting. I think I did well on it. I thought that lime or lemon would have the most acid, but it did not, it had the least amount of acid. I thought that lemon or lime was the sourest but it was orange.
